Introduction


This Privacy Policy applies to Ripple services (the “Platform”), which includes the Ripple app and any related services accessed via any platform, website, or device that link to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and otherwise process the personal information of users and other individuals.
The Platform is provided and controlled by Funnico Inc., with its registered address in the United States (“we” or “us”). If you have any questions about how we use your personal data, please contact Contact@ripple.club.


What Information We Collect

We may collect information from and about you, including information that you provide, information from other sources, and automatically collected information.


Information You Provide

When you create an account, upload content, contact us directly, or otherwise use the Platform, you may provide some or all of the following information:

  • User-generated content, such as text, photographs, audio and voice recordings, and videos you upload.
  • Your choices and communication preferences.
  • Information you share through surveys, such as your feedback about the services if you choose to provide it.

Information from Other Sources

We may receive the information described in this Privacy Policy from other sources, such as:

  • When you sign-up or log-in to the Platform using other services such as Apple or TikTok, we collect information from the service, such as your profile information, including account name and profile photo

Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information from you when you use the Platform, including internet or other network activity information such as your IP address, geolocation-related data, unique device identifiers, and Cookies.

  • Usage Information. We collect information regarding your use of the Platform and any other user content that you generate through or upload to our Platform.
  • Device Information. We collect certain information about the device you use to access the Platform, such as your IP address, unique device identifiers (device ID), network type and connections, mobile or device model, device manufacturer, country calling codes, application version number, operating system, device resolution, and system language and region.
  • Location Data. We collect information about your approximate location, including location information based on your SIM card and/or IP address.
  • Cookies. We and our service providers and business partners may use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, flash cookies, etc.) (“Cookies”) to automatically collect information, measure and analyze how you use the Platform, enhance your experience using the Platform, and improve the Platform. Cookies enable the Platform to provide certain features and functionality. Web beacons are very small images or small pieces of data embedded in images, also known as “pixel tags” or “clear GIFs,” that can recognize Cookies, the time and date a page is viewed, a description of the page where the pixel tag is placed, and similar information from your computer or device. How We Use Your Information

As explained below, we use your information to improve, support and administer the Platform, to allow you to use its functionalities, and to fulfill and enforce our Terms of Service.
We generally use the information we collect about you to:

  • provide, improve, promote and develop the Platform;
  • provide you with user support and to otherwise communicate with you;
  • detect abuse, fraud and illegal activity on the Platform;
  • enforce our Terms, Guidelines, and other policies that apply to you and to protect the safety and well-being of our community.
  • carry out data analysis, research and investigations, and test the Platform to ensure its stability and security;
  • improve the Platform, such as to train our machine learning models and algorithms to improve your user experience;
  • comply with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
  • understand how you use the Platform;
  • administer the Platform, including troubleshooting; and
  • for any other purposes for which you have provided the information, with your consent or at your direction.



How We Share Your Information

We are committed to maintaining your trust and want you to understand when and with whom we may share the information we collect for business purposes. We do not sell your personal information or share your personal information for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.


Service Providers and Business Partners

We may share the categories of personal information listed above with service providers and business partners to help us perform business operations and for business purposes.

Within Our Corporate Group

We may share the categories of personal information listed above with a parent, subsidiary, or other affiliate of our corporate group.

In Connection with a Sale, Merger, or Other Business Transfer

We may share the categories of personal information listed above in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the sale of a website, a merger, consolidation, asset sales, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.

  • enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements, policies, and standards, including investigation of any potential violation thereof;

  • protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users, a third party or the public as required or permitted by law (including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction).

We may share your information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction. We partner with services (such as TikTok and Apple) to offer you a seamless sign-up and log-in experience. We may share information about you with these third-party services if you choose to use these features. For example, the services may receive information about your activity on the Platform and may notify your connections on the third-party services about your use of the Platform, in accordance with their privacy policies. If you choose to allow a third-party service to access your account, we will share certain information about you with the third party. Depending on the permissions you grant, the third party may be able to obtain your account information and other information you choose to provide.


Your Rights

Depending on the jurisdiction in which you live, you may be entitled to certain rights with respect to your personal information, subject to certain exceptions, as described below:

  • Right to Know. You may have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of personal information, the categories of sources from which it is collected, the business or commercial purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
  • Access and Data Portability. You may have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we collected about you.
  • Deletion. You may have the right to request that we delete information that we collected from or about you.
  • Correct Inaccurate Information. You may have the right to request that we correct inaccuracies in the personal information we maintain about you.
  • Direct Marketing. You may have the right to request that we disclose the categories of personal information we have shared with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.

You may be entitled, in accordance with applicable law, to submit a request through an authorized agent. To designate an authorized agent to exercise choices on your behalf, please provide evidence that you have given such agent power of attorney or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to submit requests to exercise rights on your behalf.
We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law and subject to proper verification. We will verify your request by asking you to provide information necessary to verify your account.
You may appeal any decision we have made about your request by replying to the communication you receive from us communicating our decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights and choices, although some of the functionality and features available on this Platform may change or no longer be available to you.


Your Choices

  • You can control and access some of your personal information directly through your in-app settings. For example, you can delete the user content you have created and uploaded directly in the app through your in-app settings. Should you choose to do so, you may also delete your entire account via your in-app settings. Further, you can update certain personal information that you have provided to us by logging into your account and using available features and functionalities.
  • You may also be able to control some of the information we collect about you through your device browser settings to refuse or disable Cookies. Because each browser is different, please consult the instructions provided by your browser. Please note that you may need to take additional steps to refuse or disable certain types of Cookies. In addition, your choice to disable Cookies is specific to the particular browser or device that you are using when you disable Cookies, so you may need to separately disable Cookies for each type of browser or device. If you choose to refuse, disable, or delete Cookies, some of the functionality of the Platform may no longer be available to you. Without this information, we are not able to provide you with all of the requested services.
  • Please note that your browser may offer you a “Do Not Track” option, which allows you to signal to operators of websites and web applications and services that you do not wish such operators to track certain of your online activities over time and/or across different websites. Our products do not support Do Not Track requests at this time.


Data Security

We use reasonable measures to help protect information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. You should understand that no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. Please note that information collected by third parties may not have the same security protections as information you submit to us, and we are not responsible for protecting the security of such information.


Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as it is necessary to serve the purpose(s) for which such information was collected, including to provide you with the Platform. We also retain information when necessary to comply with contractual and legal obligations, when we have a legitimate business interest to do so (such as improving and developing the Platform, and enhancing its safety, security and stability), and for the exercise or defense of legal claims.

We may transmit your data to our servers or data centers outside of the United States for storage and/or processing purposes. Where we transfer any personal data out of the country where you live, including for one or more of the purposes as set out in this Privacy Policy, we will do so in accordance with the requirements of applicable data protection laws, including by entering into data transfer agreements with the recipient to ensure your personal data is accorded an adequate level of protection.


Information Relating to Minors

Ripple is not directed at children under the age of 13. The minimum age to use the Platform may differ depending on the country or region you are in. If you believe that we have collected personal information from a minor under the minimum age, please contact us at Contact@ripple.club.


Privacy Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as required by law. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of the new Privacy Policy, posting the new Privacy Policy, or by providing any other notice required by applicable law. We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy each time you visit the Platform to stay informed of our privacy practices.
